Dak Prescott’s Injury Anniversary

Exactly one year from October 11, Dak Prescott, starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, was injured in his leg, putting him on the bench for the rest of the season. This year, Prescott has returned better than ever, leading the Cowboys to be ranked #1 in their division.

“I’ve buried my injury,” said Prescott.

Dak made a full recovery in the 2020 off-season, and has made an explosive comeback coming in to Week 6 of the 2021-2022 season. As of Week 5, Dak was ranked tenth in passing yards and first in completion percentage. He has led the Cowboys to be second in their conference and second in the NFL to the Arizona Cardinals, led by Kyler Murray.

Jerry Jones wanted nothing more than for the Cowboys to the get to the Super Bowl, and things seem to be looking up for them this year.
