“Mario Kart,” now on mobile phones, was recently released Sept. 25, and people can’t stop sharing their opinions on it.

“Mario Kart on mobile phones isn’t that good. It is fun, but I liked the regular controls. It’s so hard without the motion control,” said Gregory Magee, 8.

On September 25, 2019, Mario Kart went mobile. Lots of people have different opinions on the game since it’s different from the original. The most popular concern is the controls. Certain controls were removed, and the steering is hard to manipulate. These changes make the game harder to play. However, one feature that hasn’t changed is the characters.

“Koopa Troopa is my favorite. He’s so swaggy,” said Ava Hempkins, 8.

Mario Kart was originally released on December 1, 2011. Since then, the game has become very popular with its well-known characters. Characters such as Mario and Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, and many more are favorites.

“Yoshi is my favorite because he is a mythical animal that can eat literally anything,” Apia Okorafor, 7.

You can now play Mario Kart anywhere at any time.
